swisscom tv 2.0 original language

I noticed that several HD channels do not work in original language but the standard channel works. Also wondering why TLC isn’t offererd in English, it just has that annoying over talk. Anyone? Thanks

We are only able to show subtitles if the channel provides them to us. It is not possible for us to take over the subtitles from an SD channel on an HD channel. The channel TLC is only available in the German version on Swisscom TV 2.0.

After several tests we cannot reproduce the error. Can you please give us specific programs/channels examples?

The TV program was “Le seigneur des anneaux” (all 3 parts) on France 4 and I was accessing it using the new Swisscom app 2.0. I could switch to English from French on the TV but not on the IPad.

The equipment was an IPad with Retina Display with OS 8.1.2 installed.

There should be a two circles icon on the lower right of the Swisscom app 2.0 screen on your iPad when you rotate your iPad into landscape mode.
I am currently watching Cold Case on France 4 and managed to switch the language from French to English on iPad that way. Same on iPhone as well.
