My Windows defender has been switched off since Swisscom Internet Security was installed.

Is it correct that Defender is switched off when Swisscom Internet Security is installed? (It can no longer be activated)

How do I easily see that Internet Security is active?

Sorry for the stupid questions, I’m new to the forum.

It is usually the case that antivirus packages/suites such as Panda, Norton, F-Secure (=Swisscom Internet Security) deactivate the Windows onboard scanner.

You will see an icon in the Windows tray area at the bottom right next to the clock that says Swisscom Internet Security is active.

….keep on rockin' 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

Thank you very much for the clear answer.

Every time I write a post here I get the following anti-virus message from Swisscom: “Note: The Swisscom security filter has classified the attached email addressed to you as suspicious. The email in the attachment was recognized by Swisscom as a possible attempt at fraud (phishing). .”

Question: Why do I get these messages when I communicate with the Swisscom Support Community. That can’t be it, can it?
