    A message in the Inbox can no longer be marked as “junk” and transferred to the Spam box, an error is reported when this operation is performed. It is only possible to delete it and it ends up in the Trash box.

    When deleting messages in the Spam box, they are transferred to the Trash, and the messages in the Trash must be deleted again; this involves a double operation which is not essential.

    And why does the question “are you sure you want to delete…?” for spam suddenly appear IN ENGLISH even though I have configured myself in French???

    Thank you very much for this information. They allowed us to target the error. All Bluewin accounts are not affected. The disruption mainly occurs in accounts with more than one email address. Our technicians are working to restore these features as soon as possible.

    For me, the problem is not yet resolved: to delete spam, which is always moved to the wastebasket, the message is always in English “are you sure…” instead of “do you really want to. ..”, although the title of the message is in French “empty folder”.

    The English message also appears when deleting sent items.

    I only have one email account.
