iPhone 6 voice messaging does not work

When trying to set up voice messaging on the new iPhone6 I keep getting “Visual Voicemail is currently unavailable”.

If I try to set it up in French I get “La Messergie vocale est indisponible. Connexion impossible”.

I tried sending an SMS to 444 with start vvm and this did nothing.

Problem solved.
Thank you Swisscom for great customer service.
It took awhile but I finally got it.
When initializing a new iPhone use your old combox password when asked to enter it. Do not try to change the password at this point. You can change it later.
