hi i have contrant from 27/1/2014 and i pay for 8 monte and i must pay for septamber and octobre! I must pay one months more! I want now whay?? I pay for january but i beginning contrat in 27 /1/2014!? I pay one months more! I need help please check again factors with the time contrat tnx

I applied for the Vivo M package on 13 Oct on the Internet.

Then, I got the SMS from Swisscom on 15 Oct. like this,

" Please arrange for an electrician to prepare the home installation unit so that we can activate the connection. Give him the following installation details:

serial number 1748666065, UP Number 931, Terminal no 5, Location VSDS, Date d’activatin 22.10.2014. Swisscom"

But, I don’t know what this is meaning as I am a foreigner.

Your installation has been ordered without the name of the last tenant, for that reason we cannot activate the line right away. In order to enjoy your Vivo M package, you have to call an electrician and provide him the information you wrote above.
