Hello guys,
I have a DSL connection but my Centro Grande box is not receiving any prefixes via DHCPv6-PD. I called the support and spent at least 30 mins with them and been told that:
- I need to activate Ipv6 somewhere in the router interface (I must be blind but I do not see any configuration settings for this, looks like the router would accept a prefix via DHCP-PD but currently it is showing 'no Ipv6 address');
- I need to login to the Customer Center and active Ipv6 there (does not seem to be the case, I think I have checked all available options, nothing v6 related found. The support guy was not able to tell me where to activate it..)
- Ipv6 is already activated for me and should work (but it does not).
They promised to call me back but no news so far..
Any ideas/suggestions on how to get IPv6?
