We just added a second TV box and I'm slightly disappointed in the way it works. There's parental control and purchase locks which are useful but the boxes aren't really independent of each other.
It is possible to have different channel lists and different menu languages which seems to recognise that the boxes shouldn't be a mirror of each other. But, they seem to share recordings.
It would be more useful if that was an option, so I could choose if the box shared recordings. In some situations it's a good thing, if you're just watching TV in a couple of rooms. But in other cases, i.e. with children, it would be better to keep the recordings separate. Not just for adult content but it's just more convenient. I don't want to wade through a few pages of recordings I'm not interested in or have the children accidentally delete something I did want.
I can't find anyway to do this so, if someone from Swisscom is reading this, can it be a feature request for the future? Just an option to share or not share recordings?
