Audio description on English channels

Most of the programms on English channels now run with audio description. How can this be changed?

Dear ampage,

Do English channels still run with audio description with your Swisscom TV 2.0? If so, have you tried to change the language by pressing “Options”? Should this not work, please let us know, if you experience the issue on your TV Box, online, or with the Swisscom TV App.

I am expetiencing this problem online on my mac. How do i upgrade to 2.0?

Dear Amelie,

To use Swisscom TV 2.0 online you must first change your subscription to a package which includes Swisscom TV 2.0. You can change this in your customer center under “Packages”. By clicking on “Change subscription” you will see all available packages to choose from. Concerning the issue with the audio description we will have a specialist check it and contact you as soon as possible.

I am also having this issue on Channel 4 HD. Is there a way to turn it off? This is running in Safari on my mac.

The option ‘Audio Languages’ is not functioning.

It is not possible to switch the language to the original/second language on the following movie channels:

Teleclub Star

Teleclub Cinema

Teleclub Prime
