Max devices connected Internet at the same time?

Hello,

Could it be possible to know how many devices (ie: TV, laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc) can be connected Internet at the same time? We are having at least 2 of each at home and with our current package (10Mb/s), it seems we cannot have more than 3 at the same time...

Hi,

As far as i know there is no limits to how many devices you connect, but they might slow down your internet connection if all of them are being used at the same time.

This is assumptions based on personal experience and not a professional advice.

There is no concrete number of devices you can connect. It always also depends on what you do with the connected devices (i.e. streaming videos uses more of the availbale performance than text only pages). I tried to install My Swiss Assisstant, however I did not manage to complete the process 😞 probably because I do not have Admin privileges in my laptop as it is a business one.

Coming back to the issue I am still facing, in one of my laptops (it seems I can only have one at teh same time:-/) when I cannot connect to internet through Wifi I always get the same error message: "Wireless Network Connection doesn´t have a valid IP config" It is also true when my iPads or iPhone cannot connect I do not see any IP address even after renewing the concesion.

Did you try to use a static ip with your ipad or laptop? Maybe your router is not giving out ips like it should be. A defect router is not uncommon. We are here to help whenever you want.
