viridiana Hi I would like to extend my deadline for my bills, I have followed the steps of going to Customer Log In, Bills & Cost, Bills.. but i dont seem to find it after that.Where can I find it?
JenniferG Dear viridiana, You can only extend the deadline, if the due date has already been reached. In that case you would find the option to extend the deadline on the main page of your customer center “customer center home”. Kind regards, JenniferG Swisscom
