I bought prepaid package Nokia Lumia 630 during my two-month stay in Geneva. Now I am back in my country and I would like to continue using the phone with local SIM card, but the phone is locked for two years. I need help to unlock the phone. I was told that I need the 12-digit number? where can I get it? THanks!

Maybe, it's possible to unlock the device earlier than 24Months, but you have to pay a penalty....

All Easy-Bundles (bought at a reduced price with a Prepaid SIM card) can be unlocked two years after purchase. It is not possible to unlock your Nokia for a fee.
