Hello,

I have the following problem with Cockpit.

I go to the login page, enter my mobile number and the code, then press "next" to get an SMS with the pasword and the screen switches to allow me to enter the password (that I will get by SMS).

So far, so good.

I get an SMS with the password - but in order to retrieve it I have to leave Cockpit and go to my SMS messages. Fine - I do that and get the four-digit password.

But, when I go back to Cockpit I do not find the page that allows me to put in the SMS passord. I am kicked back to the original page asking for my mobile number. This puts me in an endless loop of going through the first step, retrieving the SMS and getting kicked back to the first step.

I hope that makes sense, and I hope someone has a solution to the problem, because right now I can't access Cockpit.

Which phone is using?

On Android, you can use the Task switcher button to change between Apps

On eifon - i don't know about task switcher

I am using an iPhone, so I need to exit one app before using another. But I cannot believe Swisscom has not prepared Cockpit for iPhone!

Dear bbg529,

If you are connected over the mobile network (not a wifi) you don't need to enter a sms-code. The access to the cockpit page is free (no roaming charges).
