Currently there may be individual cases where the message “New update available” appears during the programme update. Clicking on OK will cause the message to disappear, but it appears again later.
For those customers affected, Swisscom has already provided a solution in the form of a patch which will correct the situation.
The patch can be accessed at swisscom.ch using WebCode “1933”. Please download the patch “Patch_SwisscomQuickHelp.exe” and execute this. (Alternatively the latest QuickHelp can be downloaded and executed from the Swisscom homepage.
