I would like to ask someone who has teleclub entertainment. Do you know if Syfy, 13eme rue and TNT series has dual sound language, i mean, you watch them in original language also, mostly English. I know that Fox and AXN you can but i would like to know also for the others

SyFy and 13th Street has original language, but TNT Series has not. I checked the HD versions, perhaps (but not likely) the SD versions has other setups.

Can anyone please advise how can we change the language for the Teleclub on demand - Preview page. It is only in German. Can this be changed to at least French or Italina if English would be too complicated?

The language for the categories on the Video on Demand store depends on the store-language and is hosted by Cinetrade. As there is no English VoD store, there is no possibility to show all texts in English.

Only the categories hosted by Swisscom are in the same language as the one you have chosen on your TV Box (f.e. “my Videos” “recommendations”).

Thank you very much for the answer - highly appreciated. I am not sure I understood your message entirely. I understand that there is no English VOD store. What I find difficult to understand and I would like to learn how to change it (if possible) is when I am watching a movie preview and this is always in German. Is there something that can be done to see the movies preview in French or Italian?

Dear adrianbaranga,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the language of the movie preview. An alternative to watch the preview in French or Italian would be to watch it from the french or the italian VoD store.
