hallo, ich möchte beim Router der Swisscom noch den Port 4500 weiterleiten.. Da ich von meiner Synology einen VPN Tunnel erstellen will. Leider meldet mir der Router bei hinzufügen immer die Fehlermeldung das er den nicht hinzufügen kann wegen eines Konfliktes. Nur hab ich aber keine Weiterleitung für diesen Port erstellt. Was ist da das Problem? Oder gibt es einen genauen Dienst für den Port 4500????

Hast du All IP? Wenn ja, ist dieser Port für die IP Telefonie reserviert. Der Support kann dir aber mittels Ticket eine Umbelegung auf Port 4501 machen...

Einen Versuch wäre es wert 😉 Ansonsten nett & sachlich darauf bestehen, dass der Agent den Fall an den 2nd Level weitergeben soll.

Danke nochmals. Hat funktioniert. Lieb beim Support für Internet und Störungen nachfragen und den Request in den second level zur bearbeitung geben und schon funktioniert es. Musst aber 2 Mal nachhacken, da meist der Swisscom MA mich mit dem Amico verbinden wollte. Ich brauch ja aber keine technische Hilfe sondern nur wie du gesagt hast eine Änderung der PORTs, der Port 4500 ist wie Du gesagt hast für Tel reserviert. Den Switchen lassen auf 4501 und den Port 4500 ist frei für den Synology Server 🙂

Could you tell me if Swisscom has solved your problem? I have the same problem for enabling IPsec VPN on my Cisco firewall through the Centro Grande.

Swisscom support replied that it is not possible to free UDP port 4500 as explained here.

Have you asked for the 2 level supporter or have you got the answer only from 1 level support? And it is also possible, that you get different answers from different supporters because this change (or how to change it) is probably unusual and/or not well known at the help desk.

You have to ask kindly the first level to make the request to the second level? If they not help you in the first level. Let they know it's not a problem from your side. It's a technical problem to make itself at home. So the support from the second level has to help you from the button of Swisscom for to change it.

You need some time. They called me after 6 weeks back and make it perfect from Remote change at my router.

Now the tunnel is fixed and probalby functional.

Thank you for your reply. The operator at 1st level relayed the request to the technician who replied that no one is allowed to change the router firmware. I asked to speak directly to the tech but she did not let me through and proposed me to contact the paying Amico stuff...

Now I want to send a written request to Swisscom, hoping that I find someone competent.

After searching and reading documentation for hours I understand that UDP 4500 is reserved for tunelling worldwide, I can't understand why Swisscom is not compliant and refuse to give support 😞

I'll try with SSL, hopping that I can manage.

Amico can do it (for free)... Call Amico (0800 803 175). describe your problem and they will open a ticket to change the port from 4500 to 4501...

Thank you for your advice, I appreciate your help.

I have called Amico today, spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. Then the support "technician" listened to my story and replied that the problem is on my fault and that I have to pay them to do anything 😞

By any chance is there someone from Swisscom reading this, someone who understands some technique and can help me? Maybe I should post the case on social networks?

Good luck to anyone in need of a real tech support: I spend altogether monthly almost 300 CHF at Swisscom and when I need help here's what happens...

Ich habe diesen Eintrag gesehen und habe bei Amico angerufen. Der Herr welcher mein Telefon angenommen hat. Hat gesagt da mein Anschluss AllIP ist können Sie das nicht. Und ich müsste einen Techniker anrufen.

Möglicherweise haben Sie noch eine andere L2 Stelle?
