Problems opening Emails

Hello,

I have a problem opening and thus reading received Emails. When I click on the title, the body of the text does not appear on the screen. The only way to open them is to click on the ‘reply to’ option (which works most of time). I have run Swisscom Assistance but with no improvement.

Do you talk about Web-Email?

If yes, try another Webbrowser - Firefox or Chrome

Thanks for your reply. I am using Swisscom Webmail. Shouldn’t it work or do I still need to change?

it’s depending of the condition of your actual webbrowser. Sometimes the webmail works fine - sometimes you will have crazy troubles like your one….

most of the time, webmail works better with another browser than IE…..

Thanks for your assistance. The problem seems to have disappeared after I did a system cleanup. My wife shares the same Webmail with a different address without any problems so I guess it must have been a local PC problem. Thanks again.
