Hello.
The new Swisscom My Assistant replacing Quick Help is not downloading: the blue window has a download bar that keeps going back and forth but it never ends, after one hour I had to turn off my laptop to get rid of that window.
Is there a fault in the program?
Anyone else had the same problem and found a solution?
