Haven't had a bill for 2 months?

Usually thy are sent by email, but the last one I paid was in September. I haven't had any messages either saying that I have to pay something. I'm worried that in a few months a load of bills will come at once, so would like it sorted now.

You might be getting your bills every two months. Considering certain criteria Swisscom changes your invoice-cycle from one to two months. Check on your September bill, you should find the info there. Or just wait until mid-December, when October and November should come in one bill. Otherwise contact Swisscom directly for detailed info, which no one will be able to give you here in the community.

Check the customer center. There you will find the billing Infos.

Hi the same happened to me, then I got a reminder for a bill in November, I visited the Swisscom store and they told me the direct debit had been stopped. No explaination why but it has now been reinstated and I can see all my bills in the customer center.
