Hi Marcus,
The new box has been requested, will arrive in a day or two…hope that’s solved and plug’n’play…thank you

@ Michi and Marcus zk.
I’m a layman, but after the HW reset I actually managed to access the box again and delete recorded programs, which was never possible before (the box booted immediately). Now I was able to delete the recordings and suddenly everything works again and, above all, faster again (switching to another station).
My layman’s analysis: HDD on the box was overfilled due to too many HDD subscribers and led to overflow

Hmm, you didn’t do hard DRA in that case, otherwise your recordings would have been sent to Nirvana.

But it’s good that the system is running again… Tip: If you have series recordings, set the recording options so that only a certain number of recordings are retained at a time (I usually take 5) so your HD will never be so full again.

I’ve had exactly the same problem since putting the new router into operation. Attempts to change ports, reset, etc. all failed. In my case it concerns the additional box. No idea what to do next

Hello Micro,
A hard DRA was not possible, I described it. And thanks for the tip about series recordings, until now it was assumed that recordings would be automatically deleted if the capacity of the HDD was exceeded. In a segment like TV you should be able to assume that this will work, otherwise we’ll end up with Cablecom…

If you are successful on the market with Swisscom TV, certainly not like that, my mother wouldn’t have been able to use your hotline….so problem not solved for me

I have exactly the same problem. I have three boxes. It runs on two boxes without any problems. The third box starts up and stops on a station. The queue sign on the bottom rotates and rotates. No switching is possible and then the box tries to boot again. Then the same game again. It is not possible for the three boxes to function.

Swisscom seems to have massive problems. See also the status message from their homepage. The Pirelli router has been updated with new software. The new software doesn’t seem to have solved the problem yet. Rather worse, as I see posts in this forum.

PS: I still had a box in the basement. And I tried replacing it with the problem box. After all the starting up there are the exact same symptoms as above. (i.e. reboot and reboot)

The solution? Only Swisscom can now deliver this.

You seem to be looking for a solution at the moment. See also the latest status report on their homepage.
