Thank you crigou.
Do you happen to have the link at swisscom to get this type of help (contact by email or telephone number)?
I called Swisscom all day at 0800 800 800 but I was unable to get any telephone contact… only an answering machine which tells you that all the lines are busy (overloaded).
I despair, because it is my work tool.
Hello Fredd007!
crigou is absolutely right. Any change can be disruptive for the user, hence certainly a high number of calls for help 😉
In addition to the 0800 mentioned above, you also have the option of using chat or asking to be contacted (during opening hours), link:

Good regards.
Good morning,
My apologies for my delay.
My ISP is Swisscom. But the problem also occurred connected elsewhere with my laptop.
I more or less found the solution, it seems that it was Kaspersky’s ad blocking that was bothering me, because since I deactivated it the webmail is displayed correctly. I will do some tests tomorrow and let you know.
Best regards
Fred
Hello everyone,
The Swisscom helpdesk told me that they would debug my SIM card (with another operator) which I did but without result…so I called again and then they told me that for 4 months, the new platform has not been supported by mobile phones and that instead of going via the internet, I have to install webmail on my phone…and then it works!
So my problem is solved.
Good day
