WiFi no longer works

Hello, the WiFi no longer works for me. The network is recognized, but I can’t access the Internet. Google works, but no connection can be established afterwards. No matter what device (iMac, iPhone, iPad or Smart TV). Does anyone have an explanation or tip?
Unfortunately the router is not labeled
Thank you very much for your feedback.

The router will definitely have a label on the bottom and/or back.

Anyway, reset it to factory settings. If you have access to the configuration interface, reset it from there. Otherwise, press the recessed reset button on the back for approx. 15s.

Don’t worry, the thing will reconfigure itself for working access.

Are you sure that the entire Internet no longer works? Have you already tried connecting directly to the router using a LAN (Ethernet cable)?

I have exactly the same problem. Google works very quickly, not just the homepage, but also the search function.
As soon as I click on the search results or any website other than Google, nothing works anymore.
Have you found a solution? Resetting and restarting didn’t help, just like calling Swisscom. Access wasn’t blocked.
I haven’t tested whether the Anschluss works via Ethernet yet.
Thank you for any help.

Hello

I also have the problem with Centro grande from Swisscom.

My TV sees the connection but when the search is finished, the message comes:

“The connection to the router is not confirmed”

What could be the reason?

We have no cable connection and TV runs via parabolic mirrors.

Can someone help me?

@Bergfee

So I assume you just want to connect the TV to the internet router via WiFi - right?

If you start the WiFi search on the TV, the SSID of your WiFi should be displayed at some point.

You should then be asked to connect to this WiFi

Then you should have to enter the WLAN_key

Where exactly is the problem?

What kind of TV (brand/model number) is it EXACTLY?

Hi

I entered the key. Then I have to start the search to establish a connection. When the search is finished, the message appears: that the router does not confirm the connection.

I have a Philips Smart Tv 46 PFL

If you enter the same key on other WiFi devices (e.g. smartphone or laptop or tablet), does the connection work?

Otherwise, temporarily connect the TV to the router using a LAN cable and install any available software updates for the TV and then try again via WLAN

With other devices everything works down to the lower floor, no problem at all.

Well then I’ll probably have to buy a 20 m cable to connect. (Next week)

First of all, thank you and have a nice day.

So on page 7 of the operating instructions you can configure a lot of things about the WLAN connection!
