I am writing this message to ask you some question/s. The questions are as follow;

1. My contract on this number was ended. How do I close this contract?

2. If I do not close this contract what will you do with this? Can I continue with this contract and request mobile and subscription.

3. If I need a new mobilephone with the subscription, Do I have to close this account first before order the new mobilephone with subscription?

4. What is your recommendation if I need Sumsung Galaxy S4 with ifinityM subscricpt, CHF 99 monthly?

If you want to terminate your contract, you can. If you want to keep the contract going until the exact cancellation date, you can renew your contract.

Witch means you don’t need to get a new contract, we can just renew the one you have now, in order to get a new phone.
