Ridiculous!!! I changed from Cablecom (where you could always contact someone directly by the way!!!!!!) because when I want to record a sports event and it went over time I couldn't see the end of the match, the recording always stopped at the time scheduled instead of following the live coverage. Guess what....Swisscom TV behaves the same!!!! Super!
It seems stupid that I have to either phone 0800 800 800 and speak to someone who does not understand the problem or write this!!
