Don't really understand the service of Swisscom...
I have subscribed to the SME Office Mobile (asked to start jan. 2013). Have asked for my business mobile phone to remain as main account and add the rest of the services (Fixed line and Internet) to it.
Obviously two accounts were created! and so I was given an option by the Customer service to chose one (as addresses were distinct).
Status is that after at least 5 phone converstations with Customer Service (SME) still:
- Cannot see the current costs of my mobile phone online under my account - when roaming, when using international time - I cannot check where do I stand;
- The Subscritpion of the mobile phone remains as Natel Business Infinity L online - although the last bill came correct - "to the old address of contract";
- The Office Package is designated SME Office (not Mobile Office);
- Only charge I see online for the mobile subscription is of CHF 129.- (Not correct - as it should be 109.00)
Today I called again, and got a really amazing service (not):
- Ticket still open...
- So the problem is with the data base - for two months??????
When is it solved? Don't know.
Am I the only case - yes.
If I had 200 Mobiles subscribed the issue would be different - nice way of treating your SMEs.
Perfect.
Any thoughts on how to calm down my nerves with Swisscom are much appreciated.
