a) Go to Advanced Search
b) Check "Topics With no Replies"
c) Hit Search
d) Check off "Forums" in the "By Type of Post" field
e) Sort by Date
f) Subscribe to an RSS feed of this Search query
This RSS feed will output XML that you can parse into a homegrown tool so you can show your business what threads have not been responded to - i.e. - what are the Unsolved Threads.
Jeder Verantwortliche für die Boards kann so nach Kategorie den entsprechenden Feed abonnieren.
