LTE off from which contract?

Hello Everyone

I am happy Swisscom customer and recently also a lucky owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note II 4G 🙂
Yesterday I was @ a Swisscom shop in Basle to get a new SIM card as my old one wasn't LTE capable.
The service was great, thumbs up!
I've got an Infinity XS contract and the friendly advisor told me LTE is only possible from Infinity S.
So I've got no LTE coverage when I'm around in the cities with LTE availability 😞

nope. Every infinity is capable of LTE, not only from S

Thanks a lot for your response and the helpful link.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Model 7105 4G and also
got a new sim card. In the phone's settings Mobile networks the Network mode is on LTE/GSM/WDCMA (Auto mode) and I am around Münchensteinerstrasse 38 (it is on the coverage map) every day but "only" get H+
I havent' tried any other possible locations around Basle but do you have got any other ideas?

Is that a swisscom phone (bought from swisscom)?

Asking this because of a possible different firmware?
