You can up- or downgrade to a more expensive or cheaper price plan at any time. The change takes immediate effect. With upgrades, you pay the difference on a pro rata basis. If you downgrade, the current billing cycle is charged at the old price and the lower price takes effect from the start of the following cycle.
In order to up- or downgrade a business app, you must be your company’s billing and app admin or system admin. If necessary, ask the relevant person.
Proceed as follows:
- Click on the “Account” tab and then on “Business Apps”.
- Click on “Update version” or “Upgrade to Paid Edition” for the relevant application.
- Choose the subscription you want. Select the billing cycle and, if you have a promotional code, enter it in the relevant box. Then click on “Continue”.
- You will be taken to a secure page and asked to enter your credit card details. Fill in the boxes and click on “Make payment”.
- Check your order and check the box “I accept the additional terms of use”. Click on “Order”.
- You will see a purchase confirmation page. Your purchase will also be confirmed by email.
