You can cancel a web-based application at any time. Payments already made will not be refunded. In order to cancel an application to which your company has subscribed, you must be the company’s billing and app admin or system admin. If necessary, ask the relevant person.
Proceed as follows:
- Click on the “Account” tab.
- Click on the “Business Apps” tab.
- Click on “Cancel Subscription” for the relevant web-based application.
- You will be asked whether you really want to cancel the subscription. Click on “Yes”.
The corresponding business app is no longer usable once it has been cancelled.
