Not receiving emails

Hello I have a email xyz@abc.ch and some emails e don’t reiceive

@Dippieye46 Did you already take a look in the Spam Folder? Which programm are you using?

I have a iPhone and see all emails there

@Dippieye46 Could you please take a look in the Webmail (password is the same as for MySwisscom or this community) 

to see if mail which you're missing are there?

No not in span, could it be because of no space I just have 50 emails

@Dippieye46 No more space because of just 50 mails is rather unlikely,, of cause depending on the size of the mails of course (and if there are still mails in the trash folder, they also count as occupied space). But you can check, if there is no more space. In Webmail (link see above) you go to "settings" -> "E-mail" and there under Quota you can see if there is still space or not.

Now just with 5 emails and it says 98 % in use

Deleted all emails and now it gives Sie nutzen 1009.54 MB von 1023.90 MB

Yes everything trash span sent

@Dippieye46 It could take a little bit time (up to 24 hrs). In meantime you can also delete the browserdate (history, cache, cookies) and check again.
