We no longer want to be just a “customers helping customers” community. In future, we want to “know more together”. In keeping with this motto, our Community is moving to a different platform probably at the beginning of December, so get ready for a new look plus some exciting new features.

Say hello to product questions
We will be linking the Community to swisscom.ch. From then on, whenever users ask questions on our product pages, you can answer them directly from the Community. In this way, even more people can benefit from your expertise and specialist knowledge.
Wave goodbye to language barriers
Thanks to AI, there will no longer be any language barriers. High-quality automatic DeepL translation will enable you to communicate with one another in any language. This means that you will write a post in your language and the AI will translate the text automatically into the languages of all other users.
Gamification update
Rising Star, Terence Tao and Marie Curie: you can soon expect some cool new badges to thank you for your involvement in the Community. Taking part will therefore be even more rewarding in the future.
Super users = mentors
Our super users are about to become mentors. This name was suggested in a survey in our Super User Lounge and led to exciting discussions about the responsibility and value of super users. We’re embracing the change and consider it a breath of fresh air.
Before releasing the new platform, we’ll be testing it together with various Community users. Between now and the go-live, we’ll keep you informed and will be happy to answer any questions.
